Having delivered the highly successful Dextro Energy Triathlon – ITU World Championship Sydney event in April 2010, USM EVENTS have been appointed to manage the event for a further two years.

USM EVENTS will continue to work closely with Events NSW, Triathlon Australia and the International Triathlon Union going forward to expand on the spectacular show piece that returned triathlon to the steps of the Sydney Opera House for the first time since its Olympic debut in Sydney 2000.

While elite races only were featured on the program in 2010, mass participation events are proposed as part of a weekend festival from 2011 onwards, including an Olympic Distance triathlon that will boast a multi-loop bike course taking competitors over the Sydney Harbour Bridge four times.
